From the 14 December 2007 every home that is put on the market
must have a Home Information Pack, which includes an Energy
Performance Certificate, containing advice on how to reduce carbon emissions
and fuel bills.
There is no substitute for experience and knowledge of the local
market. We have been in the property industry in South Wales for 20
